Streamlined Drywall and Paint Production for Outstanding Results

Large-scale projects with craftsmen-level service

We offer full-service drywall installation and paint application for 100+ unit buildings. Since 2005, PDI has been passionate about more than just building spaces. Our company values focus on increasing efficiency and raising standards in the construction industry.

On every job, we focus on communication, mutual respect, and maintaining strong relationships with every member of our team. This tried and true method leads to a superior finished product and better work environments. Work with us and see what’s possible.

Building a Sustainable Future

At PDI, we’ve always been aware of the impact the construction industry has on the environment. We view it as our responsibility to offset this impact to the best of our ability. Our innovative practices focus on reducing waste and conserving natural resources. Our goal is to popularize sustainable construction practices and influence other companies to do the same.

Digital Plans and Estimates

We replaced all our paper plans with digital plans and estimates. This digital technology eliminates paper waste and reduces our carbon footprint. Digital plans and estimates are also easier to share between team members, increasing collaboration and minimizing miscommunication. Efficiently sharing the most up-to-date information eliminates errors and increases continuity.

Recyclable Vinyl Corner Bead

Manufactured from recycled bottles, our vinyl corner bead is not only sustainable — it’s reparable. Metal corner bead is easily dented or damaged during transportation or after installation. As a result, it must be thrown out and replaced, putting a greater strain on our landfills.

Our vinyl corner bead can be easily repaired. This makes it the perfect durable product for high-traffic apartment buildings and student housing. Despite the extra cost to our company, we use vinyl corner bead on every project because it reduces waste and improves each building’s longevity.

Drywall Recycling

We take part in drywall recycling programs whenever possible. Recycling our drywall scraps:

  • reduces the amount of waste sent to landfills
  • minimizes the need for new gypsum extraction
  • conserves natural resources.

We want to do our part to keep our land and atmosphere clean and reduce the impact of construction on the environment.
