Drywall Installation

PDI specializes in supplying and installing drywall for multi-family projects. This includes apartment complexes, student housing, and senior living facilities. We use environmentally-friendly products that focus on sustainability and long-term durability. At PDI, we are proud of our unique approach to drywall.

Our success stems from our high-performing teams of drywall installers, who are the driving force behind our company. These dedicated subcontractors work together seamlessly with optimal efficiency at all times.

At PDI, our top priority is to create a well-organized and efficient job site. This creates a culture of excellence and allows our teams to perform at their highest potential. As a result, our drywall teams consistently deliver superior workmanship. An atmosphere of respect, integrity, and communication brings out the best in our crews and is the foundation of our company.

Our unique approach to drywall revolves around bringing people together and building solid relationships. This attitude fosters motivation, builds trust, and gets results.

Paint Application

At PDI we’re not just drywallers, we’re painters too. We’ve been a full service drywall and painting company from day one. Providing both trades simplifies the process for our clients and general contractors. Our teams deliver a powerful combination of finishing work efficiency.

By seamlessly combining these two tasks, we’re able to stack our trades in a masterful way. We’ve mastered the art of coordinating schedules and optimizing the drywall and paint process.

Everyone works in sync and in tandem in a way that is rare in the construction industry. Our teams move swiftly from one building to the next, often accelerating project timelines by months.

Our painting crews have the manpower and the motivation to get the job done efficiently and effectively.

Project Management

Over the past two decades, we’ve honed our expertise in leadership and project management. We believe exceptional leaders lead by example and hold themselves accountable. Our managers always bring out the best in themselves to manage high-performing teams.

At PDI, our operations are overseen by Mikki Paradis, our CEO, and Hector Montiel, our VP & Head of Construction. You’ll find either Mikki or Hector on every job site, expertly conducting their teams like an orchestra. To ensure optimal oversight, PDI takes on the exact amount of work that allows a project manager to be on-site at all times.

Mikki and Hector encourage mutual respect and open communication between all companies and trades on every project. This collaboration creates a remarkable flow. They often propel projects from lagging behind to finishing ahead of time.

The secret sauce behind PDI’s project management lies in the relationships we build. As we often say, the only thing we build better than walls is relationships. By nurturing trust, we increase engagement, encourage cooperation, and create compromise. With large-scale projects, this type of ethos gets jobs done.

What do we do differently?

The construction industry is too familiar with falling behind schedule. Timelines and budgets are often underestimated. Communication and cooperation between trades can be non-existent. At PDI, we knew there was a way to fix these cracks in the system. We’ve engineered a method that prioritizes intentionality and professionalism. This allows us to build solid relationships and create productive worksites.

We never…

  • Back-charge other trades and companies for minor mistakes and damages.
  • Earn our profits off the backs of other hard-working tradesmen.
  • Overload our schedule with too many jobs.
  • Put unrealistic expectations on our crews.
  • Slow down, falter, or burn out.

With over 2,000 units completed and 200,000 sheets of drywall hung, PDI is the expert in drywall you’ve been looking for. So, what exactly do we do differently?

We always…

  • Run PDI with integrity and mutual respect. This attitude starts at the top and influences every member of our team.
  • Communicate with our fellow tradesmen and cooperate to get the job done. There’s no us vs. them mentality on our jobs. Open communication prevents unnecessary errors and creates solutions.
  • Take on the level of work we can handle. We complete 600-700 units per year while maintaining our superior standards of quality.
  • Value our relationships with our subcontractors. PDI wouldn’t be successful without our drywallers and painters, and we respect how hard they work.
  • Maintain solid relationships with our general contractors and clients. Our systems get jobs done faster with better results. This is why we work with the same general contractors year after year — they know we’ll get the job done.
  • Speed up timelines, create positive work environments, and make our clients more money.
